What happens if young people from 13 countries wish that Europeans started taking a more active role in the development of their own communities and of the EU? Participants of two youth projects, ROOF (MTÜ Noored Ühiskonna Heaks) and Transeuropa Caravans (ECIT Foundation), crossed Europe to achieve exactly that.
In April, four groups of cyclists (ROOF) and Transeuropa Caravans started their journeys to meet active people, and to create and experience community feeling all over Europe. Their main aim was to spread the message about the European elections and to talk about the importance of citizens’ involvement.
Their journeys took them across Europe. Five young Estonians from the ROOF project cycled 1200km from Milan to Prague to encourage other Europeans to go voting. At the same time, Transeuropa Caravan Baltic team has been touring Baltic sea countries with the same aim in mind.
Come and meet the awesome participants of these two projects to hear about their adventures and to show support to the cause.
