Citizens of Nowhere

Europe might appear like a continent pulling itself apart. Ten years of economic and political crises have pitted North versus South, East versus West, citizens versus institutions. Niccolò Milanese, founding director of European Alternatives, trustee of the ECIT foundation for European citizenship, and director of INSTAR: the Hannah Arendt institute of Artivismo; co-authorof Citizens of Nowhere (ZED, 2018); German version published by Suhrkamp in April 2019 Wir heimatlosen Weltbürger.
